You can see the street signs in one of the pics: Santos and Blythdale. It's the largest and worst housing project area in the city - completely isolated. Used to be barracks for WWII soldiers in the 40s. This piece of land used to be used as a toxic waste dump by the U.S. Military. Now residents of this poor neighborhood are faced with health hazards. There has been an increase of people getting sick with asthma and cancer.
